Now you can both edit existing traveler profiles and create new travelers directly on My Site.

Here you can edit your profile. Make sure all your details are correct and spelled correctly. For smoother handling at the time of booking, you can also enter your travel information such as passport number to avoid having to write it in each time you book.
Here you can see which active profiles you have in the company. You can also select the profile and update the information, if someone has changed their phone number, for example. You also see the profiles that are deactivated in the company. If you need to activate a person again, you can easily do it here.
Click on + Create profile when you have a new traveler who needs to be registered. Everything looks the same as when you edit a profile. You enter all the information directly here and click the Create profile button at the bottom after the form. Make sure all the information is correct. If something goes wrong, the traveler can edit it themselves once they have received their login.
Be careful with the mobile number, the country code is already included on the line before, so the mobile number is registered without the first digit (e.g. 701234567). This is important for the profile to be registered correctly and for the traveler to receive their login details.
If the company requires a fixed invoice marking that must always be included, click on Cost centers and fill it in. If you have more markings, click on the plus sign and add it there.
